RigNotes is a field record-keeping platform built for agricultural teams. We help farms, applicators, and growers capture pesticide applications, fertilizer applications, and field operations in real time — directly from the field via SMS text messages. No smartphone app required.
RigNotes uses SMS text messages to let agricultural workers log field activity by texting in their work. Farm managers and company administrators enroll workers during account setup. By providing a mobile number, workers and managers consent to receive transactional SMS messages from RigNotes related to field activity logging and confirmations.
Types of messages you may receive:
• Field activity confirmations (e.g., "Application record saved — Block A, Herbicide X, 2 oz/gal")
• Opt-in confirmation when your number is enrolled
• Help and support responses when you text HELP
• Opt-out confirmation when you text STOP
Message frequency: Varies based on field activity. You may receive multiple messages per day during active field operations.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any RigNotes message at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
To re-enroll: Reply START to resume messages after opting out.
